A popular choice with our fundraising customers year after year, these petite 4 oz steaks are individually wrapped in Canadian bacon for added flavour and easy preparation.

Simply thaw and cook to your liking — they’re conveniently portioned for the BBQ, weeknight dinners, or entertaining.

Made with two main ingredients: AA Alberta Beef and Canadian Bacon. 🇨🇦

Each box contains 24 individually wrapped 4 oz steaks, vacuum-sealed for freshness and easy storage in your fridge or freezer.

Storage / Cooking Instructions:

• Product comes frozen: For tips on how to store and thaw safely, read our blog HERE

• Cook steaks to at least 140°F for safe consumption

• Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 330°F for 14-18 minutes or until desired doneness 

• BBQ Instructions: Heat your BBQ to medium-high and sear on each side for 4-8 minutes or desired doneness, flipping halfway.

• Cast Iron Instructions: You will need butter, salt, pepper, and a cast iron pan.

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F

2. Generously season both sides of your steak

3. Heat your cast-iron over medium-high heat. Add butter and olive oil. Once melted, sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds. Then sear on both sides until a nice colour, about 1 minute per side

4. Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it into the oven to finish cooking.

5. Cook until desired doneness (7-10 minutes for medium-rare). Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
