Our Sausage is authentically Italian, and it is mammas recipe. Spolumbos sausage is great alone or as an addition to any dish, you use sausage in. The menu possibilities are endless.  

Box of 36 fresh sausages ~ 5.5 oz each. In 2 separate trays that you will want to separate into bags before freezing. Go home and repack them to cater to your specific needs.
